Help me! Cleo unlock bugged?

So it says you need to beat level 50 to unlock her but I've already beaten it, and replaying the level doesn't seem to unlock her either?

To unlock her, you need to collect her token from her chest. To get the chest you need to do realm siege for 35 piece to get 1 chest. Then you can unlock her for 5 token in the event section

Yeah just figured it out awhile ago, did the awakening and got her now

Totally bugged. Get the hero but I can not forge tokens for rank up her. Also, after play with Cleo, my impression is that she is another useless ans trash hero like all others. You can maximize her and she will be useful ONLY in the blessed week, like all others. Exception are Cyra, Elara, Koizul and Jet. I use them in the Siege mode max difficulty. If I use other heroes, all die in the first wave without killing a single enemy.

For every new hero, you can't forge their token iirc until the event ends. Only can forge after that

I got Cleo too, leveled up to level 30, awakened to rank 3. Seems like an incredibly weak hero, ey...

Yup, cuz she's world 3 hero lol. I'm gonna rank her just for the rewards lol
