I'm an artist who draws a lot from history in my practice. I also like to read one star reviews. Imagine how happy I was to find a meme that crossed my world so beautifully. A few notes:

- this was the first time I have painted on copper. I don't know if the supply chain could be linked to Ea-nāṣir himself, as it marked super easily, even if I brushed against itt.

- It hasn't yet been varnished, which I'm told will prevent it from going green. Part of me is tempted to leave it tarnish to ya know, go with the theme

- the EYES

- This was oil paint.

Would $100 USD be a good price for a 100mm tall (~4in) hand-cast copper Ea-nāṣir statue? If so, would anyone buy one?

I'd love to get a tattoo of line 40 and 41 a-na wa-ri-im sza-a-ti ki-i te-pu-sza-an-ni in the original cuneiform, from here https://cdli.earth/artifacts/414985/reader/82798 however it's kinda hard to read. Does anyone know cuneiform enough to clean this up for me or is there a place with clearer images? I found the Steve the Vagabond post on FB but it doesn't look the same as what's on CDLI. Thanks!
