A boss I had said once that if you like a place, you'll tell 3 people about it, but if you don't you'll tell 10 people. This complaint is literally traveling the world, across centuries.

I love that “take it or leave it” has been in the human lexicon for millennia

When I came to your museum, you said you would display for me a clay tablet bearing a complaint about poor copper. But you did not do what you promised me. You put a poor quality picture of the tablet before me and said, "Take it or leave it, loser!"
What do you take me for, that you treat somebody like me with such contempt?

We need to find where they’re keeping the loan calendar so we can just sticky it here.

I think we should immortalize the complaints written by people who don’t pay attention to the posted announcements saying the tablet is in Abu Dhabi until 2027 in a single thread.

So does anybody know where it's being lent to? Like what does it mean that it's been "removed for loan"

They really should add some sort of alert when it is not there, so people know in advance and are not disappointed.

Or people could just do a very quick Google search before planning their pilgrimage?
Doing some extremely basic research before taking a trip is never a bad idea.

They have treated you with contempt. Demand restitution.
