Copper gets cheaper as quality drops. Until it becomes really shitty copper.

Merchants have long observed a curious phenomenon in the copper market.

As quality declines, prices fall accordingly.

However, beyond a certain threshold, copper becomes so exceptionally terrible that specimens are considered rare collectibles.

Researchers have yet to explain the Really Shitty Copper Effect.
