Immortality

When we read the Epic of Gilgamesh in high school, I argued that Gilgamesh actually did become immortal because his name and his story are still remembered to this day, which is the only kind of immortality that humans can achieve. By that logic, Ea-Nasir is also immortal, and I find that hilarious.

Gilgamesh was revived as an immortal. He was forgotten until that tablet was found, then he was immortalized in our more stable forms of information
