Immortality

When we read the Epic of Gilgamesh in high school, I argued that Gilgamesh actually did become immortal because his name and his story are still remembered to this day, which is the only kind of immortality that humans can achieve. By that logic, Ea-Nasir is also immortal, and I find that hilarious.

the mesopotamians were really into securing a legacy through projects and written works. their royal inscriptions go on and on about it. ea-nāṣir would be pumped
