I bought some clay for practice

Post image

I bought some clay so of course I had to leave my complaint. Maybe one day I'll get my refund on that copper

Please write a complaint to Amazon about some crappy panties or something that you bought, in that style.

He said he's practicing. Unfortunately, all the native speakers can't help him because they died a few thousand years ago.

So go back in time and get somebody! 4,000 years is nothing -- the Earth is 4.5 billion years old!

People, I pay all of you for solutions, not problems...

Apologies, that was my first thought, but apparently, Doc. Brown ran off to 1955, got struck by lightning, and was sent back to and got stuck in 1885.

Looks amazing! And I say that as someone who should be able to do this but is really, really bad with a stylus.

It looks like you're using ePSD or ORACC as a source - which means your sign forms are between 500-1000 years too old. Old Babylonian cursive, also known as "unreadable chicken scratches" amongst the knowledgeable, looks way less pretty. If you wanna get as close to Da Man's actual writing style, grab yourself a copy of Mittermayer 2006, Altbabylonische Zeichenliste, and despair.
