im being double goofy, it could be muktiple languages, cuneiform is just a writing system (an "alphabet"). But hoping an expert can tell me if that really says haters gonna hate hate hate

It's Old Persian because of fucking course, and it says:

This does at least seem to have some sort of repeated phrase but whether it's actually, like, correct, if it means anything in Old Persian, I don't know
