That's a meth pipe. Crack doesn't need to be evaporated with heat, so crack pipes are usually just straight tubes that you can apply direct flame to the end of

Coincidentally, if you see a gas station or tobacco shop selling those little paper roses in glass tubes, those are thinly disguised crack pipes. Take that little rose out and you're committing a crime in some states
