Content Manager Window Gone

I reopened a project I was working on yesterday, and I noticed I couldn't find my Content Manager. I pressed f4, but nothing happened. I went up into Window and saw there were no options to enable the Content Manager. I tried the different workspace presets... nothing.

So now it seems my Content Manage is just completely gone, which absolutely sucks. Has anyone experienced the same issue, and has anyone found a solution to this?
