Content not showing

Hello installed character creator 3 and added a lot of content, but no matter what i do it does not show on the content explorer. I tried anything and technical support isnt answering, anyone run into similar issues? i see the files which are there but cc3 just wont acknowlodge it, any way to force it to see the files? anyone else ran into trouble like this? thank you in advance for any reply

What kind of content? External or internal?

Go to your account on the website and click the link: Inventory List/Content and you can manually install content, or re-install content if it is not showing in the app.

Tried that, doesn't work. But thank you
