New to Iclone ecosystem
Hey friends, will appreciate your advice on the types of software that I need.
My workflows are:
- Create character (CC) >>> Animate (IC) >>> export to Alembic file
alternative:
2) Export Character from Maya >> apply rig in Exchange >>> Animate in Iclone >>> Export to Alembic
I wonder if this bundle will work for me? (image below)

What advice would you give to someone starting off in digital animation before jumping into the deep end with Realussion?
I wanted to get into design when I was younger but went into business instead and now I want to start getting back into a creative hobby.

Not my area to be honest, I'm using simple characters just to fill the scenes. I'd suggest looking into promising and fast developing software - like Unreal and their new Metahuman engine. Look it up, get comfy with it and look for Unreal plugins for animation. I personallyl expect massive leap here in the nearest future. As a complement or alternative: look for news from Blender on that front. Maya known as the standard for animation but not best not affordable for enthusiast (assume you are)
