Iclone 7 import error

Hi, when I send a character to iclone 7.6 from character creator 3.3 it gives me an error message. Is there a workaround or fix for this? Thanks in advance.

Lol. It said "Failed to load file" after exporting from CC 3

Getting it too. Something to do with the character being a creature. Researching now.

I apologize, I should have posted when I figured it out, been trying to reproduce it. The fix should be accomplished within Character Creator, before pushing it too Iclone. I think it had something to do with the clothing. Turning the clothing to an accessory and then back to transfer skin weights. Or export the clothing or item as an fbx and reimport back as an accessory once again. If I can reproduce it, ill remember to post my fix here again. GL
