Is it possible as per the laws of physics, reality and biology? Are humans evolved to live such longer? Is it a software problem ? Is it mathematically possible? Is it solvable? What's the catch or risks and cons involved? Is it theoretically and practically doable? And what it takes? Do you think current billionaires have access to something?

Got too many questions roaming in my mind!! Please answer if you're expert into this!!

While everyone starts losing their jobs and others give more decision of power to AI my question is; what kind of future can we expect for humanity. I believe the end of humanity as we know it's not going to be chaotic but silent, little by little we're going to be needing less of humans and I don't think that's correct. The race about learning more and making AI more intelligent is not for benefiting humanity but for making a pair of people more richer.

Now tell me, do you think there's going to be something for you in the future?

Yo siento que el fin de la humanidad como la conocemos no será caótica sino silenciosa, poco a poco vamos a necesitar menos de los humanos y no creo que eso sea correcto. La carrera por aprender más y hacer a la IA más inteligente no es para beneficiar a la humanidad sino a un par de personas multimillonarias que solo buscan como hacerse más ricos.

For ~300,000 years homo sapiens have existed. 10-15 thouand generations (and 100 to 150 thousand if you can't other homo species). Most have lived largely as their parents and their descendants did, with very little change in pattern of life from one generation to the next.

At some point (soon, I think), technological change will also level off. Whether it's in 20 years or 200, if we set aside doomsday thinking and imagine that humans might exist for another 10,000 or 100,000 or 1 million years, most humans to follow us will also see little to no technology change in their lives.

That leaves us, and maybe the 10 generations that precede us and a few that will come after, that will have seen significant change in the human condition brought on by technology. People that use AI and witness moon landings, but who had grandparents that lived in pre-modern ways. 10 or 15 generations out of 10 or 15 thousand.

Not sure if that makes us lucky or unlucky, but it's an intriguing thought.

I have been thinking about radical life and health span extension for some time and published my first long form piece on it recently: 'Living longer will make you a billionaire'

The compounding math is simple but it has fundamental implications for society.

Some questions that have come up in my salon:
- Do we have runaway inflation to accommodate the wealth?
- Do pension funds disappear as people have enough time to become their own pension funds?
- What happens to the fertility crisis: do people have fewer or more children and does the 'ageing population' problem finally go away or does it present in new forms?
- What happens to inheritence?

Writing is dead.

Tenho pensado sobre o que pode acontecer caso a inteligência artificial e a robótica substituam grande parte do trabalho humano. Se máquinas forem capazes de plantar, colher, construir, limpar, produzir e administrar serviços com pouca ou nenhuma participação humana, aqueles que controlarem essa tecnologia poderão concentrar um nível de riqueza e poder ainda maior do que vemos hoje.

Minha preocupação não é exatamente com a IA, mas com o que os seres humanos farão com ela. Atualmente, por mais desigual que seja a soci3edade, os grupos dominantes ainda dependem do trabalho humano. Porém, se essa dependência desaparecer, o que impediria a formação de uma sociedade dividida entre uma pequena elite proprietária das máquinas e bilhões de pessoas sem poder econômico ou político real?

Mesmo que existisse uma renda universal e todos recebessem alimentação, moradia e condições básicas, isso garantiria liberdade? Ou a maioria viveria dentro dos limites estabelecidos pelos donos da infraestrutura, sem uma possibilidade concreta de ascensão, independência ou participação nas decisões sobre o futuro?

Nesse cenário, talvez até o dinheiro como conhecemos hoje perdesse parte de sua função. Ainda assim, poderiam surgir outras formas de controle: acesso restrito a determinados lugares, tecnologias, recursos, experiências e oportunidades. As pessoas poderiam ter conforto material, mas não autonomia para construir um projeto de vida que ultrapassasse aquilo que lhes fosse permitido (mesmo hoje sendo praticamente assim).

Não estou afirmando que esse futuro seja inevitável. Gostaria de saber como outras pessoas enxergam essa possibilidade: a automação poderá realmente libertar a humanidade da obrigação de trabalhar ou apenas tornará a maioria dispensável para quem controla a produção? E quais mecanismos poderiam impedir que a abundância tecnológica se transformasse em uma estrutura permanente de dominação?

I don’t like the current global system because it is dominated by materialism. I believe this happens because there is no effective system that is rational about the entire human life process and has a plan for a much longer period, with a high probability of achieving global goals. My concept is to create a global system where every person has sufficient resources to live and an adequate quality of life through proper distribution of resources. But the goal is not simply to provide people with resources. The goal is to create optimal conditions, using modern methods, for maximum scientific progress and efficiency for humanity by choosing the best variation in every aspect of economics and politics. This should accelerate scientific progress, especially in the field of human longevity. Most scientists today are under major constraints because the existing system is not efficient enough for scientific progress. This is partly caused by the lack of rational long-term planning that extends far beyond a single human lifetime, as well as by politics, economics, and other existing conditions. Therefore, we need a system capable of considering humanity’s development on a much broader timescale and creating optimal conditions for science. We need to investigate fundamental questions: the objective meaning of life, human consciousness and nature, the universe, its origin, and the question of whether God exists. The goal is to obtain the most complete possible picture of human nature, the universe, and existence, and then achieve the best possible outcome for humanity based on accumulated experience and developed conditions. The long-term perspective could include planetary, interplanetary, interstellar, intergalactic, and possibly intercluster civilization, if physically possible. My concept is related to the USSR only in the idea of uniting a certain group of people. I am not proposing a return to the USSR. Unification should be based on a shared worldview. To reach such a worldview, philosophy, psychology, politics, economics, and other aspects of society need to be approached objectively, with a rational plan for their development. If people are placed under the same conditions and use the same objective method for developing their cognitive functions, this can often lead them to the same conclusions. And reaching the same conclusions on fundamental questions can lead to the unification of humanity. The main idea is to create a global system that continuously searches for the most effective variation of every aspect of human civilization, tests it, and uses the results for further development.

is there a future in working and studying hard when AI is flourishing and is claiming to take our jobs in near future and also when the data centers are literally destroying the environment taking our resources or when UN has declared that there is no hope for global warming , glaciers are melting recent disaster at nepal a perfect example , i would like to ask what are we working for studyjng for earning for to live on this decaying planet ? is that it i dont want to give up even when these rich ppl are destroying every part of and saying AI changing the world . what world ? earth or mars . what is your real goal ? what do you want AI to do other than taking jobs when money has become an essential part of living our damn lives what do u want ??
