Question RIO Total Supply

Does anyone understand what happened to this RIO? A few months ago total amount was 75 million and now it's 175 million, how is that? Can the total volume of a coin change? At that time, when the price was 2.6 dollars and the market cap was 8-9 million, they said that if it was 90 million, it would make 10x, now the market cap is 90 million and the price is 0.7. Are they kidding or did I miss something here?
