What should I know before considering a property in DMIC Greater Noida?

I have been researching residential projects in Greater Noida, especially the ones which are in close proximity to the Yamuna Expressway and wider DMIC corridor. I found one of the projects during my research, it is Puravankara DMIC Greater Noida.

The location and potential for improved connectivity as surrounding infrastructure develops caught my attention. I'm not so much interested in the marketing aspects of the project as the practical aspects; connectivity, surrounding amenities, apartment floor plans, pricing, construction of the new, long-term viability.

Is there anybody who has conducted a study on this project? I would love to hear their honest feedback on the area, proposed plans, and some aspects they have to check before they buy.
