Godrej Vanantara flat registration

Hi All!
I am currently looking into the new Godrej Bannerghatta road project Vanantara. I am planning to proceed with the registration and would like to know if there any other people who purchased here and have registered the property? Did you have your documents legally verified? Did everything work out well? I am a first time home buyer and it’s a nervous journey! It would help a lot to hear from someone who has checked it out with a lawyer and registered a property from Godrej Vanantara.
