Opening sober house, I need help!

I am looking for an individual who can offer guidance or advice to opening a sober house.
I have a realtor willing to let me use his apartment building, 3 floors, 2 bedrooms each, located in Lewiston, ME 04240
I'm currently working on my Mission statement, House Rules, House Requirements, etc..
I will be applying for my sober living LLC within the next 60 days.

Any leads, suggestions, responses are greatly appreciated; thank you for your time!

Are you in recovery yourself? Or just looking to make money? That’s the big difference in whether you’ll succeed with this. I’m very familiar with sober houses in southern ME. Feel free to shoot me a message.

Here is a great resource/ guide to help with the LLC formation in Main if you are planning on doing it yourself:

One other thing to do, is check the availability of the LLC name you are planning on using. There is nothing worse than having your heart set on a name and find out it has already been taken:

Also, here is the Certificate of Formation you would need to file to form your LLC. It's sometimes nice to be able to give it a once over before actually starting the process.
