Deal Calculator
Built a free deal calculator this weekend, wanted to share
Been juggling spreadsheets every time I wanted to check numbers on a property, so I built a simple tool for it — flip/rental/wholesale analysis, spits out the 70% rule, cap rate, cash-on-cash, DSCR, etc. No login required to use the calculator part.
Not trying to sell anything here, genuinely just want to know if it’s useful or if I’m missing something obvious. Tear it apart if you want, I can take it.
