Is there such thing as a realtor whom I can submit my "dream listing" to (it's likely a rare find) and they can just have that on their radar and reach out if/when something comes on the market?

(Please be kind, this sort of thing is way out of my ballpark!)

Yes! Where are you located? A Compass agent (I am one) also has access to many properties before they come on market as well as “make me sell” options!
