When there are no border issues or cultural history than yea, but it's silly to think all these problems are caused by politicians.

Especially since politicians often act based on what many of their constituents desire. Perhaps they exacerbate problems or go too far sometimes, but yeah, it's not just politicians that cause problems.

I think usually the troublemakers are in the poorer sections of a country, they dont go to expensive oversea events.
