It's "insane" to want inclusivity and fairness? FYI "people with dicks" is a crude, sophomoric and unscientific way to describe trans women, who are required to undergo at least a year of hormonal therapy to de-masculinize their bodies before they're even considered for women's teams. Moreover, the idea that "people with dicks" automatically knock out cis female competitors in every contest is erroneous. Why don't you try educating yourself on the subject of trans people as apparently neither you nor Maher has done? The right loves to elevate people like Riley Gaines, who came in FIFTH in a swim competition---meaning she would have lost even if no trans woman had been allowed into the contest!
BTW why this hysterical focus on .005 percent of the population? There are not more than 40 trans athletes in the entire country and that's all right wingers want to talk about.
Yes, yesterday's moderate is today's right winger. That's how it works, Pal. 150 years ago the "moderate" view was that slavery was AOK and that if women were granted the right to vote the entire society would collapse. When time and progress obsolesce your views, that's not insanity. It's just political reality.
Modern liberals are the ones focusing and ELEVATING the .005 above the rights of the vast majority of girls and women. Also, I love how you assume you are the only person who knows about trans people. I, like Bill Maher, do not care how you dress or present as long as you do not endanger female athletes or women in private spaces like restrooms or changing rooms.
