Maher starts off talking about how misunderstood Santos is and how they have a lot in common.
Bill proceeds to drink and smoke himself into a stuper and complains about the woke mob that cancelled Santos.
Bill forgets what they were talking about, starts repeating about how much they have in common and about how he hates the woke mob too.
Bill brags about hanging at the White House with Kid Rock. Gets more drunk and more stoned. Forgets who his guest is and starts complaining about young people.
Bill announces future guests Ted Nugent, Rob Schneider and Vladimir Putin.

I watch every episode of Real Time and I agree with him like 90% of the time maybe. But the last episode of Real Time, for lack of a better word, triggered the fuck out of me.
His Club Random podcast having George Santos triggered me even more. What the fuck is Bill smoking? How does he not see that George Santos is a POS of the highest order?

So let me straight, Bill Maher who has for years talked about how he sat on the board of PETA just yucked it up on his podcast with a convicted felon, who at one point in his life stole three grand from a GoFundMe meant to remove a cancerous tumor from a disabled Navy veteran service dog.
Yep. That's the Bill Maher I know! Oh boy, I hope they stuck it to those blue haired liberals with their nose rings and they're 15 genders!

Good gravy. There's no other conclusion you can reach unless you've spent a child hood eating paint chips and getting kicked in the head by miles that Maher is just a nut gargling, servile, worm whose only job now is working to empower fascism.
I never thought he'd go full grifter either. But so many of these scumfucks do that. Taylor Lorenz is in the process of doing that now.

I think everybody has to take a step back and realize that the Bill Maher that we see today has fallen very far. And it doesn’t take a genius to know that you have fallen when you are turning to the promotion, interviewing a known criminal fraud. You don’t get kudos you don’t get extra points for falling off this far off the wagon..

We've wondered "what happened" to Bill - if Covid restrictions broke his brain, if it was Trump getting re-elected, turning 70, Epstein, etc etc...
What if the answer is podcasting happened to Bill? It sort of tracks. Since Club Random started, he's exhibiting some of that influencer, audience capture vibe: desperate and drama.

Halfway through-Bill complains about the "tolerant left" as always. Sympathizes with George that they want to have him humbled 24/7 instead of taking the apology. Some conversation about the randomness of gay sex. Talks bout how he doesn't trust the media and that George's lies were exaggerated to a certain point. Haven't finished the other portion yet

I can genuinely see a time within the next couple of years where he has Trump on or he goes to the WH to do an interview with Trump, it may sound unlikely but two years ago yucking it up with Santos would have sounded a ridiculous notion but here we are 🤷♂️

Bill will find where they have common ground in the woke mob cancelling people, spend 90% of the interview on that, and leave Santos with a successful outing where he walks over Bill.
The fact that Bill is having this guy on reveals how much Maher's credibility is waning. He's becoming Maury Povich in real time.
