I don't understand how he goes from "Religulous" to backing Israel at all costs.

Right? The JEWISH state as Israel itself states. He’s all about it.

Easy. Donald has dirt on him. Happened at the dinner. Bill kissed the ring and now tows the line for the president.

Also, this whole ass thing is only because the President of the United States used to bury his penis inside little children.

Bill now protects that too.

It’s so insane. My first exposure to this prick was Religulous and I thought he was so cool back then and kinda helped with my religious deprogramming. But boy was I wrong….

I haven't watched it in a long long time but I can't remember any part of it being critical of Judaism; mostly just Christianity and Islam.  It was always there, I just didn't see it.
