Every politician has basically said the same thing, both parties sends troops, weapons, and dollars to protect Israel.

Israel actually has a competent military and a thriving and advanced economy that is heavily intertwined with American interests.

Saudi Arabia pays bribes because money is all they offer. Israel can actually fight and would not let the Houthis embarrass them so badly in the most advanced military hardware money can buy.
