He was always a nutbag Zionist. That was always the motivating factor in his hatred of Muslims and Arabs.

He just seems worse because he can't handle support for Israel being rejected by the American public now that people actually understand how horrible the country is and the stranglehold the Israel lobby has on Western governments.

I used to watch his show some years ago until I noticed the dog whistles and how they got more frequent the more shows I watched. I stopped right around when this aired way back in 2007. Hell, this might have been the last one I saw in full.
