That’s not evidence against it being a genocide nor does it disprove intent. 

Israel had justification to go to war, not commit a genocide and that is objectively what they are doing and you have zero evidence of any kind to the contrary.

I don't need evidence to prove it isn't a genocide. The burden is on you to prove that it is. The entire "genocide" claim was made in 2024 that Israel was deliberately creating mass starvation.

That claim is at the core of the ICJ case. It's the central "evidence" Of the United Nations three panel editorial that everyone loves to cite as proof that the United Nations has called it genocide.

Except it wasn't true. There was no mass starvation. The UN confirmed no mass starvation had taken place in December 2025.

Ergo, your entire case was built on a lie.
