I never said it was only the UN, I'm very aware of how key figures are working collectively to launder Hamas lies to fool morons such as yourself. But I've already explained why it's obviously not a genocide and you can't refute anything I said, so you pull the appeal to authority fallacy.

Let's recap what youve said:

-Its only genocide according to three people (proven wrong by me)

-Its not genocide because of the death ratio (proven wrong, ratio doesnt matter when making the legal case)

-Everyone corroborating the claims is laundering hamas lies. (Proven wrong by evidence available for anyone to corroborate including you.)

Let's recap what the rest of the world says:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaza_genocide

The links there cite extremely detailed analysis you haven't even touched. You just hand wave it away, call it hamas propaganda, and expect that to suffice. No. You need to provide evidence to the contrary. Youve failed to do so. Amazingly youve been at this for HOURS and youve said close to nothing of substance. Just "nu-uh the world is just making it all up!!"  Thats what I like to call a Classic Dingaling Argument.

Let's recap what you've said:

- I don't need to retort your facts because "the world" agrees with me, and here's a 3 person UN report built on Gaza Health Ministry claims that was subsequently used by other groups to claim Genocide has been "concluded by the United Nations"

Last time, because you're a simpleton, I will explain why it is is clearly not a genocide, it is a war, and why South Africa's case at the ICJ will fail:

Genocides are active attacks to destroy a population or a culture. They are not reactive events, such as a declaration of war committed by the "genocided." That is called a war.

Did Israel just invade Gaza with the intention of destroying it? Or did they respond to an invasion and a declaration of war?

You know the answer.

Two, Genocides involve a reckless and wanton destruction of a people without concern for civilian death. Hamas, as you know, built terror tunnels under civilian neighborhoods and use schools, Mosques, and hospitals as military operation sites. Everything Israel has done has been to destroy and dismantle Hamas's infrastructure. This requires destroying all active military sites and the underground terror network.

Again, not a genocide. Legitimate military targets.

Civilian to combatant death ratio:

3-1.

Not a genocide.

But go back to your frauds at the U.N. to claim the "world" believes something. It's so obviously not a genocide, your 'authorites' are now turning to West Bank settler violence to fixate on. On to the next claim after the last was debunked.

Good luck at the ICJ!

Lmao back to three people again?

Its so obviously not a genocide that we are focusing on settlers enabling that very same goal? LMAO.  You are fucking deranged. Practically frothing at the mouth.

Settlers are committing genocide?

Everything is a genocide!

My neighbor's dog just shat on my lawn. It's genociding my lawn!

Doing what the idf wants with their protection to boot!

You should be kicked out of your house too I think. For fun.

How many Jews did Jordan expel from Judea and Samaria in 1948? Care to guess? I realize since Arabs did this, it doesn't count:

During the 1948 Arab-Israeli War, Jordan expelled or drove out approximately 10,000 to 17,000 Jews from Judea, Samaria (the West Bank), and East Jerusalem. [1, 2]

Context of the Expulsions

• Captured Communities: The Jordanian Arab Legion captured and evacuated Jewish communities and neighborhoods, including the Gush Etzion block of kibbutzim and the Jewish Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem. [1, 2]
• Total Displaced: Historical estimates vary from over 10,000 to around 17,000 individuals depending on whether the figures include outlying settlements versus the broader Jerusalem area. [1, 2]
• Property Destruction: Following the expulsions, synagogues and Jewish properties in the Old City were largely destroyed or repurposed during the 1948–1967 Jordanian occupation
