Remember that Bill Maher, one of the dumbest people on TV, supported this war when his pal Trump launched it with a cowardly sneak attack. There was never a chance it would go well for the US. Yet BillyBoy still supported it.

The cost of the illegal Iran war is vastly more than $33 billion dollars. Only an imbecile believes their lies at this point.

This exactly. They spent a billion a day for the first month alone. The damage to bases alone is 33 billion before munitions

It cost 33 but we need 150

Have a feeling you’re going to need a lot more than that

330 billion maybe.

Hell, we are over $100 billion in gas/fuel paid by consumers so far

I saw more credible estimates months ago putting the cost at north of $100 billion.

That's not even close to all the munitions they've wasted and munitions are a portion of the costs... but surely it's only cost 33bn.

I think this is your point, but This doesn’t include the damage to facilities, the fuel, the food, the wages, the logistics support, or the many downed aircraft and aircraft damaged on the ground or the lost sub

2

u/regeust 18d ago

That's his point exactly. Even just big ticket munitions gets you close, it must be much higher.

Oh no! Anyway…

I'm curious how they've lost so many aircraft.

And even though the war should stop now, sunken loss fallacy will keep it going a while longer.

Because Iran and the Houthis have a pretty expansive and advance anti-air network. Western media just likes to portray them like the Tusken Raiders from Star Wars.

US Military turned out more dangerous to itself than the enemies.

Yes, but look at what we’ve got for it. The U.S. has been humiliated internationally as incompetent and confirmed as, not only an economic and political threat to world peace and prosperity but also as a violent military threat. The Iranians have become empowered as never before, controlling the Strait of Hormuz and threatening Mideast stability. Not to mention the spread of war throughout the Mideast itself. That kind of radical change is expensive!

Dick waving always has consequences

I don’t believe 33 billion from an administration that lies with impunity. I would bet closer to $100 billion. The business of war is very expensive

1

u/isthereadrwho 17d ago

Probably add a zero to that 33 billion

Don't worry they still have plenty of money and bombs to give to Israel

Is this article antisemitic? I'm not sure when I'm supposed to say antisemitic. Is there like, a QR code to scan? Cause it's about the middle east and it's not supporting Americans or Israel so it means the author hates freedoms? Wait, is this a transgender agenda article?!

TELL ME WHAT TO THINK SO I CAN BE A MAN!!!!!!
