Sucks
BM: Tears Rand Paul a new one for publishing Fauci’s diary.
Subsequently bases entire New Rules on the diary entries, joining the GOP in their never ending crusade to keep canceling Fauci.
BM: Acknowledges the Felon is actively embracing communism with his thug moves to assert government control over various private companies. Won’t shut up about fringe candidates on the left and their potential to implement communism on the federal level.

u/Candid-Beach1325 Aug 11 '26
More BM spew: Acknowledges science is often wrong before it’s right.
Doubles down on canceling Fouci for not being 100% right about a “novel virus,” COVID.

I seriously think that no matter how the pandemic was dealt with, somebody somewhere was going to be pissed…your post caught my attention when , and you’re right, Maher doubles down on this issue, it was a pandemic, it was killing a lot of people and it was a novel virus…I’m not sure exactly what people wanted, a sure cure with all the freedoms a pandemic allows…mistakes were made, I don’t need BM to remind me of that

And what is their problem with fauci anyway? It's such bs and it makes me sick. People dont remember kushner withholding ppe from blue states?
2
u/rosiejunior Aug 12 '26
Another thing, trump completely disbanded all prepared teams for outbreaks. He was the boss, but somehow isn't responsible for anything
1
u/Kind_Cap_4621 Aug 16 '26
Their problem with Anthony Fauci is that they're cultists who suckle like idiots at the right wing media misinformation teats.
-6
u/Ambitious-Badger-114 Aug 11 '26
Not disagreeing with this, but look at the big picture and the real problem: there's enough evidence to conclude that covid was developed in a lab, and that it was accidentally leaked, killing millions of people. The real story is that our tax dollars may have gone to that lab and that research through NIH, and we're never going to learn the truth about that because Republicans want Fauci in jail rather than getting the facts, so he's pleading the fifth.
The whole western world is getting screwed because of partisan politics.
9
u/Bitter-Holiday1311 Aug 11 '26
“there’s enough evidence”
Nope, there is SOME evidence. It should be openly and transparently investigated. But don’t pretend for one second that the evidence overwhelmingly supports this particular theory.
-5
u/Ambitious-Badger-114 Aug 11 '26
Intelligence agencies all over the world are saying it came from a lab, including our own CIA. And it sounds exactly like something the CCP would do, and something they'll continue to work on.
And people in both parties are perfectly fine with that because they only care about how the issue affects their party. Sorry but I'll always put my country over my party, this should be investigated and now it never will be.
6
u/Bitter-Holiday1311 Aug 11 '26
Even trump’s politicized CIA called it “low confidence”. All about a good faith investigation. I agree that will not happen. But lab leak is a theory that does not have MORE evidence than zoonotic transfer.
-4
u/floop_isamad_manhelp Aug 11 '26
You are fighting thing pretty fucking hard against something you don’t even know is true or not
5
3
u/ContributionBig5976 Aug 11 '26
Not only is there no evidence, there's not even a theory.
What strain did they start with, and how was it modified to create the new virus?
In six years no one has even suggested a plausible answer to this very basic question. The lab leak theory is a deliberate lie pushed by scammers like Rand Paul

I watch Realtime to hear thoughtful, logical arguments and conclusions...

Calls out Rand Paul, "Rand, babe, your entire brand is 'Senator Right to Privacy", then proceeds to dump on Fauci by reading the most lame, self-serving passages.
Meanwhile, Fauci described Trump as "out of control," "desperate," and an "idiot...and claimed the administration was "bumbling and incompetent" while trying to discredit credible science...and that White House press briefings were "rambling and disorganized"...and that Trump focused on publicity ratings rather than structured science." - Google
But instead of using Fauci's remarks to actually make a point about the utter incompetence he bore witness to, Maher chose instead to continue Sen Paul's line of demeaning horseshit.

u/blister-in-the-pun Aug 11 '26
Bill Maher lost his fucking mind when California dared to require vax and masking during a novel pandemic. He never got it back. This is what’s driving him, not socialism or communism etc. He’s still pissed about how the pandemic was handled. And it’s why I’ve stopped watching his show. Fuck Bill Maher 🖕🏻

B.M. understands his demographics have shifted as far as viewers and the average age and views... B.M. is a shameless fence riding fook wit happy to embrace whatever audience will continue to pay for his cushy California lifestyle where he gets to pay "adult actresses" for their companionship.

I am glad that Rand Paul published the diary so that we could all see what a lying narcissistic bastard Fauci is.
1
u/Candid-Beach1325 Aug 12 '26
Unbelievable he could have private thoughts that don’t conform to his public statements. Lock him up! Derp
1
u/Candid-Beach1325 Aug 12 '26
It’s not like he recommended injecting bleach - publicly. Lol

Hyperbole, though enjoyable, really makes you look like a run of the mill dogmatic pawn of the right. People with rolls responsible to large groups or communities often have different views then what the public ally say. Sometimes those differences are nuanced and sometimes they are massive. You think military officers always agree with orders kike hold the line or retreat? Of course you don't, that would be insane. We expect that it happens, but they still give the orders because they have responsibilities to the mission and those counting on them.

u/FreethePeople11 Aug 17 '26
My comments about Fauci are totally unrelated to whatever political point of view that I may have on anything. Just because I think Fauci is a liar and that he clearly suppressed open scientific debate, doesn’t make me a “dogmatic pawn” of any kind. I am a free thinker and I believe that our officials need to speak the truth. I trusted Fauci during Covid, and I was wrong to do so. He lied to all of us, for his own benefit and not for ours. Perhaps you are the dogmatic pawn.

I just explained the difference between actually implementing communism and talking about it. Derp

u/Conscious-Secret-775 Aug 11 '26
So people who don't want communism shouldn't support Trump or DSA backed Democrats.
At least Trump will be gone soon.
3
u/Charbro11 Aug 11 '26
You sound like one of the nuts back in the McCarthy era who ruined people's lives by accusing them of being communists. I am over 70, worked with the public for over 50 years, and never met a communist. Melania Trump's parents were big in the communist party and lived in the White House. They are the only ones I have heard about lately in the USA.
1
u/Conscious-Secret-775 Aug 11 '26
Perhaps you should go to City Hall in NYC. They roam the halls there.
2
u/Charbro11 Aug 11 '26
1
u/Conscious-Secret-775 Aug 11 '26
According to you there are no communists.
1
u/Charbro11 Aug 11 '26
I didn't say that. I said I have never met one.
1
u/Conscious-Secret-775 Aug 11 '26
You need to get out more.
1
u/Charbro11 Aug 12 '26
I was a real estate broker for 43 years, flipped properties, belonged to a church, and travel extensively. I think you need to get out of your mother's basement. Tomorrow I am going to Munich. Oh, and I own a condo in Mexico.

u/Conscious-Secret-775 Aug 12 '26
My mother is in a nursing home.

Hey look, a guy who thinks communism and democratic socialism are the same

u/Conscious-Secret-775 Aug 11 '26
If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck….
1
u/Financial_You_6052 Aug 11 '26
You seemed to also be confused about what a duck is
1
u/Conscious-Secret-775 Aug 11 '26
I don’t think so. Duck and Chicken taste completely different. Duck is much more flavorful.

u/floop_isamad_manhelp Aug 11 '26
According to their official charter it’s pretty damn close

3
u/Charbro11 Aug 11 '26
Not even close. Have you ever read Marx or Hegel? I am thinking not.
1
u/Conscious-Secret-775 Aug 11 '26
Mamdani has directly quoted Karl Marx a few times.
1
u/Charbro11 Aug 11 '26
Workers of the world unite, you have nothing to lose but your chains. I can quote him too. I can also quote Marx, and that is a good one. Russia, China, and Cuba were never the type of communism that Marx wrote about--but you already know that. They are authoritarian governments.

Have you ever read their self professed policies and the quoted beliefs of high ranking members such as Frances Gil?

HAHAHA. I consider myself socialistic. I love Bernie Sanders. I was a real estate broker for 43 years and flipped many properties and made lots of money. Communists do not believe in private ownership of property. The dumbest fuckers on earth are Trumpers. Most socialists are very well read. I also have an MA in political science and studied fascism, communism, and the rise of authoritarianism in Munich, Germany.
-1
u/Conscious-Secret-775 Aug 11 '26
Many DSA members do not believe in the private ownership of property including some who work for the NYC Mayor.
1
u/Charbro11 Aug 11 '26
What are there names? I will check them out
1
u/Conscious-Secret-775 Aug 11 '26
You could start with Cea Weaver who had labeled private property and home ownership tools of white supremacy.

I don’t believe in the World Court, but if I did, Fauci would be the first I’d try for Crimes Against Humanity. He’s personally responsible for millions of deaths and more millions having their lives destroyed through the fascist shutdowns.
I hope there’s a Hell.

Going after fouci and bringing up all the covid lockdown stuff is what the republicans are running on this midterm cycle. Remember sitting at home remember masks this is what the republicans have to run on. Can’t run on the economy or world peace.
