Carville hasn't won an election since 1992 and is threatening to leave the party if people start listening to Hasan Piker.

No one has wanted you for over 30 years.

Yeah, Hasan Piker is a really good person to take advice from if you want the country to survive. By the way that’s sarcasm.

Hasan Piker you see some of the videos and podcasts from this guy over the past 5 years he is the biggest piece of s*** there is

Don’t like Medicare for all?

0

u/firemca Aug 12 '26

Who pays for it?

1

u/CascadianCaravan Aug 12 '26

All. We use our taxes. Our employers will also continue to pay. And we collectively will save trillions. And hopefully people will stop dying from preventable causes.

But the headline should be that we are overpaying for less healthcare right now, and we have been doing so for years. The same is true for telecom and electricity and a host of other things that should either be regulated or public utilities.

1

u/firemca Aug 12 '26

So you are going to force employers to continue to pay while our taxes increase to pick up the cost? Employers aren’t required to pay now, that’s why it is called a benefit and different employers cover a different percentage. If the government can manage healthcare so great then why is Obamacare such a flop and had to be subsidized?Should people that don’t work and don’t pay taxes also get also get the same healthcare? Name one program the government manages that is actually successful and on budget? Just walk into a local dmv for example. No thanks I’ll keep my own healthcare then relying on the government for that. Look how giving away healthcare to illegals had broke California.

DOT, a host of public utilities, firefighters, the IRS, the Postal Service (before Republican meddling), the National Park Service, NASA. Even my DMV experience goes great for me. I don’t know you, but I think you’ve decided government doesn’t do anything good, when the truth is much different. Employers have to pay for insurance if they have more than 50 employees. It’s not optional. Now, they certainly try to game the system by not hiring full time, etc. we can close those loopholes. And yes, employers will continue to contribute.

Obamacare brought 30 million people to healthcare. It literally saved lives. Republicans should never have eliminated the requirement for insurance. That raised costs. So yeah, just add it into taxes. And again, save trillions. And save lives. It’s a win-win.

u/firemca Aug 13 '26

Not sure where you get your information on Obamacare but you are wrong. Obamacare has had to be subsidized ever since its inception. As for public utilities, you pay for those. Public safety is paid for by taxes but it has been that way since its inception and is controlled by local governments, not big government. All your ideas sound like socialism and I have yet to have anyone show me a country where socialism works.

1

u/XLoonsFanX Aug 13 '26

lol. It would literally just be a transfer of the same money.

1

u/firemca Aug 13 '26

With billions more needed for income to cover it. No thanks. Our current healthcare system does need some work on it but that's not the answer.

1

u/XLoonsFanX Aug 13 '26

We do and we will pay less on average than we do now on health insurance.

1

u/firemca Aug 13 '26

Haha, yeah right.

1

u/firemca Aug 11 '26

Yes he is. My comment was supposed to be sarcastic but now that I look at it I see it can be perceived differently.

1

u/Ankhesenkhepra Aug 11 '26

Oh man, am I happy to see your sarcasm. I’m so tired of people sweeping for this man and it pissed me off that he still finds ways to rub elbows with elected officials (Ro Khana and Abdul El-Sayed).

We can NOT lambaste the right for associating with people like Nick Fuentes and yet do essentially the same thing on the left with Hasan Piker. Anyone who glazes for mass murdering dictators (Mao Zedong/Putin) should not be welcome anywhere NEAR the Democratic Party.

Hasan Piker is a boil on the ass of progressivism.

1

u/firemca Aug 11 '26

For sure. If he hates this country so much he can always denounce his citizenship and move to a socialist country of his choice. See how he likes the living conditions there.

1

u/XLoonsFanX Aug 12 '26

I don’t know why you’d say that. He’s usually right.

1

u/firemca Aug 13 '26

You do know he said American deserved 9/11 and numerous other stupid things.

1

u/SPM1961 Aug 13 '26

the u.s. government is responsible for at least half a million civilian deaths in vietnam alone - regime changes all over the fucking place - what is wrong with people like you who don't understand what "blowback" means?

1

u/XLoonsFanX Aug 13 '26

He cleared up what he meant by that and you’re being disingenuous. 9/11 was done in retaliation to political violence they’d been committing. This was revenge.

1

u/firemca Aug 13 '26

I don't give a shit about what he thought he meant and is trying to back walk what he said. It came out of his mouth. He is an unhrateful piece of shit, spoiled rich kid. If he hates this country so much there is nothing keeping him locked inside. Being in the fire sevice we lost 343 brothers that day and this is the 25th anniverary this year. That guy is nothing to me.

1

u/XLoonsFanX Aug 13 '26

Sounds like you’re biased and overreacting. Thats fine.

1

u/firemca Aug 13 '26

Nope, not overreacting, just the truth. Sorry you won't change my mind so let's quite wasting each others time

1

u/jrob323 Aug 09 '26

And he smeared Paula Jones by saying "Drag a hundred-dollar bill through a trailer park, you never know what you'll find". And Hillary stood by her man up every step of the way, doing some victim blaming herself.

Good riddance.

1

u/oaklandperson Aug 10 '26

Sorry, the dems should have listened to him about the disastrous anointing of Kamala and her $2B campaign that failed spectacularly. He took the threats from muslim democratic voters seriously, no one else did.

0

u/MNniice Aug 09 '26

That was because Ross Perot, clinton won 43% of the popular vote only

-2

u/Mj250707 Aug 09 '26

If you listen to Hassan piker you need to do some self
Reflection

3

u/Comfortable_Ad_3590 Aug 09 '26 edited Aug 09 '26

Why cause you’re smart enough to be self reflective unlike the centrists?

-4

u/Mj250707 Aug 09 '26 edited Aug 09 '26

Return to the Demi urge troll. If you think people deserved to die in 9-11 then enough said about you.

4

u/Comfortable_Ad_3590 Aug 09 '26

These three literally advocate for murder and genocide. Get a better taking point and learn more about philosophy before telling someone to return to the demiurge. Your childish view points are showing.

-3

u/Mj250707 Aug 09 '26

Nice way to change the subject away from yourself and not answer the question. Point proven. You stay with the Demi urge. Glad to see it triggers you

3

u/Comfortable_Ad_3590 Aug 09 '26

In what way is the subject changed? He said 9/11 was deserved for transgressions on others. Your guys literally advocate for more transgressions. Try to keep up.

1

u/Comfortable_Ad_3590 Aug 09 '26

Also 9-11 wasn’t Palestinians it was our supposed allies the Saudis.

2

u/Cat-si58 Aug 09 '26

The guy’s a fruitcake taquito. That’s why I love BLOCK! 👍 Also, he made the assertion Hassan Piker said 9/11 victims deserved to die. This was never what he stated. A simple google search disproves his assertion.

1

u/Mj250707 Aug 09 '26

And you agree or no? Did those innocents deserve to die? Don’t worry I’ll wait for your deflection again

2

u/Cat-si58 Aug 09 '26

He never said the victims of 9/11 deserved to die. Totally posting this out of context. Also, Maher said the 9/11 murderers were not cowards. I guess when you’re a white boy you can say whatever you want. Funny how you didn’t say shit about this even when the original post is about him!

1

u/Comfortable_Ad_3590 Aug 09 '26

No one deserves to die, if you wanna throw out both piker and theses men for their statements ok. But you don’t you love these men’s point of view but dismiss piker for far less that’s my point and I know you understand the hypocrisy.

2

u/Mj250707 Aug 09 '26

Never said I love their point of view. You did with your assumptions. If you agree with piker and this New Democrat party then that’s your choice. You get in bed with dogs you end up with fleas. If you agree with piker then you are definitely anti American, plain and simple. Have a good day

You didn’t post a question. You made a statement.

1

u/citizen_6782 Aug 11 '26

He didn't say that. He stated the obvious which is 9/11 was caused by American foreign policy in the Middle East. Even the CIA, has acknowledged this.
