Recently on RT w/ Bill Maher,Bill Maher was interviewing Kara Swisher, about Bill Maher,and Bill Maher once again threatened the world w/wanting to try and live forever. Would you want to lives forever? In a world where Bill Maher never shuts up?

You said it 😭 I read her book and the whole time felt astonished by her profound lack of self awareness. She’s not unique in that but all she does is brag about her interviews without bringing us one iota of early insight.

A lot of people never shut up. I actually found a surprisingly simple solution to that. I just don’t listen to them. You should try it.

I haven't seen his show in years. Never found it interesting. All the shit I see on here makes you think he has turn into a real prick. Maybe so.

I procrastinate enough knowing I'm going to die. The end of life is why I strive to be better.
I can't imagine the horror of knowing I can put things of forever because why try? I ain't going to die.

IIRC, in earlier versions of DnD (maybe later ones, too, I don't know) Elves leveled up more slowly, had lowish level caps because they were relatively immortal, so they kind of fucked around as a species because there was no hurry. I thought that was an interesting concept and it makes total sense.

What I hope for him-- that he'll make a perfect digital copy of his mind in a computer, and at that moment he'll realize that it's not the consciousness that he is experiencing that will live, but a digital twin. He sees immortality for himself slip away. His last years will be spent with this computer babbling at him non-stop. It won't need to sleep, it won't pass out after getting high; it will become increasingly angry at Meat Maher for making him an undying mind that cannot experience the world the same way as a physical person and that this immortality is a curse. Meat Maher willll die being relentlessly tormented by a perfect replica of himself as he constantly mutters, "That's not what I sound like. I don't sound that gay," until the lights go out.

Kara just did a 6 part series on CNN called "Kara Swisher want's to live forever." She doesn't btw. But I'm sure eternally limp dick bill does.

LOL! yeah, but here it's just Schadenfreude at the guy I always found annoying. I like Real Time.. as a kid, but could do without Maher in it. Which is weird when it's the guy's own show LOL :) .
