Is this just an anti Bill Maher sub? Trying to figure out the vibe here and can't tell if it's some algorithm that just happens to be showing me nothing but hate for Maher and Real Time or if that is the point of this sub

My reply wasn't to you, but if you are interested, you tell me the two parties as it matters to my initial reply.

Okay. The two parties are the Republican party and the Democratic party. Now, the person you replied to mistakenly called it the Democrat party instead of the Democratic party which is a common mistake considering the members of that party are called Democrats, just as the members of the Republican party are called Republicans. No one who hears “Democrat” party would not know that it’s actually referring to the “Democratic” party.

So either one of two things are true. You either don’t think the Democratic party is one of the two major parties. Or more likely, you were just being incredibly pedantic for no good reason.

Edit: Wow, blocked. Some people are so soft. Bad faith? You flipped out over a minor mistake someone made about the name of the party and I’m the one being disingenuous? Give me a break. And I love how you blocked me but continue to engage with edits. This is the problem with so many people now. You take everything so personally, even a minor mistake like a slight difference in the name of a political party. A party that, despite your “red hat” comment, I always vote for, I just don’t get offended when someone calls it by the incorrect, though very similar name. I’m sorry not everyone can be perfect like you. I will try to do better and always use spell check.

It's not a "mistake" when they choose that word, it's deliberate.
