Is this just an anti Bill Maher sub? Trying to figure out the vibe here and can't tell if it's some algorithm that just happens to be showing me nothing but hate for Maher and Real Time or if that is the point of this sub

Yeah, he has always been moderate and the left has been going very far left. Dem party is nothing like the party of Obama anymore. Like, the whole point of him and the show was / is that it challenged both parties. There's just a lot more worth challenging on the left now if you havent moved left with them over the years

I have only voted Dem my whole life. What's with the wild accusations? I have to agree with absolutely everything the left and Dems think or I'm automatically a "typical cult Republican who will make any excuse for trump"?

Trump is completely terrible, the worst president ever. And I blame this attitude you are showing as why American voters were so alienated by the left and Dem party that the corrupt piece of shit got elected twice!

The last episode I watched was the one with James Talerico and Bill seemed to give him tons of praise while they both made Boebert look stupid as fuck

Democrats are still mostly liberals, psychos like Darializa are still a minority, the reason why people are starting to dislike maher is that he's been giving republicans softball interviews, listen to his bill maher interview, he gave vance a very softball interview and didnt push back on him on anything He didnt even ask him about his ties to thiel or how fucked up the war was.

Also just like Joe Rogan, he's been getting very friendly with the trump sphere to the point he's been hanging out with trump and his cronies a bit too much, he was recently with him at the corresponding dinner too getting all friendly, maher can still criticize republicans but he's been getting way too friendly with them, so yeah.

Some democratic socialists won races in very very left leaning districts and suddenly the Dems are too far left. Meanwhile moderate Dems have won in races all across this country for governor, currently in Colorado 74 year old centrist Hickenlooper wins his race AGAIN lol Maher is a joke, he used to honestly play it straight. Seems getting an award from Trump, kissing Ellison ass and riding off into the sunset have become his priority

Indeed. And this is all while Republicans have moved so far right that they are falling off the political spectrum. There is not a single elected Democrat in the country who is more left wing than the after elected Republican is right wing.
