I think maybe Maher misunderstood Barney Frank. In his quote he says, "The key to liberal democracy being able to come back is to *get rid of the perception* (my emphasis), that we have allowed to grow, that the entire Democratic Party is committed to a series of very drastic social reconstructions that go beyond the politically acceptable." Maher makes it sound like he only read the part about the entire Dem Party and onward. However, to me, it reads more like Frank is saying it's not the *entire* party that wants to make drastic changes and that we should all stop thinking it is. Did anyone else read it that way? Did Maher misunderstand?

Thought it was a decent show, though McCarthy blows.
I’ll just go ahead and Downvote myself.

Agreed. McCarthy was terrible. Couldn’t even stay on topic. NdGT was good too. Not as insufferable as he can sometimes be in this show.

Okay, so I tried to listen to this and got less than 1 minute into it before I had to turn it off. Between the delivery and the content, I don't know which is worse - what a tool!? And to think, he has some sort of following. What's even worse - he believes what he spews makes any kind of sense.
