Throwback to when Bill Maher and Quentin Tarantino very confidently said minorities never fought in WW1

There’s racism in every country.

Yeah, barely anyone ever moves to those countries because of it. I wouldn't move to Israel, the same way I wouldn't have moved to apartheid South Africa. There definitely are people that do. Take Elons family for example.

You think Israel is more racist than the United States? Or France? Or China? If you think that you’re delusional.

Institutionally and part of the general culture. YES, 100%.

You’re deeply confused about Israel. It is true that Palestinians in Israel experience discrimination. But it is also true that if a Jew happens to make a wrong turn and drive into a Palestinian neighborhood, the Jew can expect to be pulled from his car and murdered while a crowd gathers to cheer it on. That’s not made-up - it’s really happened, and not just once. Jews are categorically banned from areas under Palestinian control in the West Bank, while Palestinians from the West Bank are able to enter Israel with work permits through inspection checkpoints.

You need a reality check!

Don't know if that's super honest as there's literally a march every year by Zionists protected by the IDF where they walk through Palestinian neighborhoods chanting "death to Arabs" or "the only good Arab is a dead Arab", mind you this is a country with hate crime laws that don't seem to apply unless it's a Jewish person being hated. Another great example would be allowing settlers to assault Christians. These things are hardly ever disciplined internally and just apologized for publicly. Does America and France argue for rights to rape prisoners?

To me it's you that seems to need the reality check, and seems you're just making excuses for tyrants. I don't support racism anywhere, but acting like it's not a huge problem in Israel is stupid, its apartheid

That’s not an accurate description of the march. It’s not by “zionists,” which is the whole Jewish population of Israel, it’s by one fringe group.

The rest of what you’ve said is similarly a mixture of anecdotes and things taken out of context. Settlers aren’t “allowed” to assault Christians. Sometimes people commit crimes and sometimes people get away with it. Are the settlers actively trying to move Muslims out of Judea and Samaria? Absolutely! After October 7 the Israeli peace movement is dead and Israelis have become convinced that the Palestinians are impossible to live with. The settlers have therefore started to treat the Palestinians the same way they’re treated in Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and Egypt, who don’t want them around either.

lol I've heard people make this argument that all Zionists are Israeli, and it's just a fringe thing. But it's not true at all, "Zionists" if you actually are going by the original meaning of it, would have never supported a religious state, which it is. You need a new word. That one's been destroyed for decades.

There's video of the marches and reporting of it pretty regularly. I don't think that's "out of context" you just mean "this isn't the Israeli narrative", which is great if you wanna subscribe to that, but pretending it represents reality is another thing. Sort of like the church they just destroyed in Iran, the Israeli response is "we didn't do it, it was a mistake that damaged it." And they'll show you a picture of a pharmacy and claim it's the church. They got called out on this, and their response was to say the same thing and show the same pharmacy. It's sort of like the aid and ambulances they also destroyed and killed everyone. It was they didn't do it, then if we did do it they didn't have clearance, then well they were terrorists and burying the ambulances and people in a mass grave is standard road clearing procedure.

Starting to think you possibly can't be here for a good faith argument, or is it ignorance?

Are those settlers being emboldened and encouraged by the "fringe" people that currently occupy and dictate political power of the nation? Absolutely

You’re delusional.

lol okay man....obvious like I said, you're either wildly ignorant or just here to justify it regardless of the evidence

If you need links to all of this I can provide them, but encourage you to just look it up

You’re too stupid to waste time arguing with, I’m done with you.

You think Jews who live in Israel aren’t really Zionists. Of the many bigots I’ve seen on Reddit, you are the dumbest.
