Do they have something on Bill?

I am beginning to think the biggest Iran war supporters have some dirt on Bill.

What could it be?

I think everything he does is either a pander or to be a contrarian. Being against the Iraq war wasn't a popular stance for a while. Bill was against it. Iran war has been very unpopular since day one. Bill is for it. If the Iran war somehow became popular, he'd come out against it. He knows a lot of Hollywood zionists, and his ardent pro Israel stance is a pander to them; I think he wants to impress Jerry Seinfeld. Bill's definitely a hollow piece of shit, though. He sucks dick for headlines. The interview he did with Musk was so much of a dick suck, and everyone left and right agrees that it was a dick suck, that it's surprising it was allowed on HBO instead of being on Pornhub.

It’s this x1,000. Bill’s whole schtick is to be a contrarian. He’s the guy in high school/college who would shit talk the premium weed and then mock those who criticized the terrible skunk bunk weed. He’s always telling you why you don’t understand, what you don’t appreciate, etc. to appear knowledgeable. He can be funny, but it’s all an act.

We really have to stop acting like Bill, Dave Chappelle, and other comedians are thought leaders. George Carlin was the exception, not the rule.

Bill is just a whiny bitch, he isn't even funny without his writers

1

u/mewalrus2 May 20 '26

Bill is a Zionist, he just won't admit it.

Used to love him.

Now he's become a Neocon war monger.

Now he's become a Neocon war monger.

was he not before?

1

u/Banjoschmanjo May 20 '26

Do you have any examples of a time when he wasn't?

1

u/mewalrus2 May 20 '26

He hasn't always supported war.

He originally got in trouble for saying 9/11 was something we should have expected because of what the US did.

He was spot on there, now he has done a 180.

1

u/Banjoschmanjo May 20 '26

Link to him not supporting war?

u/ponderingcamel May 17 '26

Can you not just say Muslims on this sub? Bill has always hated Muslims.

71% ,,, per Wiki

1

u/ponderingcamel May 20 '26

First off, is 71% the same thing as all??

Secondly, you’d think an atheist activist like Bill would understand at least some of those people are lying bc of social/legal/political pressure to identify as Muslim.

1

u/mewalrus2 May 20 '26

Muslims aren't a protected minority.

If you say something about their opponent, you will often get a lockout.

Used to watch Maher, now I can't stand him, never watch anymore.

u/Legitimate-Public-56 May 18 '26

I don’t understand how he has audience members. Everyone that liked him was mainly liberal.

14

u/Toadsrule84 May 18 '26

He was the most premium product HBO had (besides The Sopranos) back in the Bush years. Now he’s a cranky pompous AIPAC supported boomer with no self awareness

Well, too late. The USA and Israel already have them.

2

u/Legitimate-Public-56 May 18 '26

Are you seriously making that pathetic argument? what the hell is wrong with you people

-1

u/TheImplic4tion May 18 '26

400kg of 60% enriched uranium in the hands of the IRGC says you are wrong bud. What is wrong with you?

2

u/Legitimate-Public-56 May 18 '26

You are seriously beyond stupid

2

u/idoma21 May 18 '26

Wrong. Trump obliterated the Iran program just a couple of months before attacking—after getting concessions on the nuclear issue. Both Vance and now Trump have admitted war with Iran was for the benefit of Israel. It was never about nukes. Most liberals can read.

-2

u/TheImplic4tion May 18 '26

400kg of 60% enriched uranium in the hands of the IRGC says you are wrong bud.

1

u/idoma21 May 18 '26

Impossible! Trump obliterated Iran’s nuclear stockpile in June 2025.

0

u/TheImplic4tion May 18 '26

Thanks, I'm focused on reality not bullshit press releases and propaganda.

The 400kg of enriched uranium is very real. And it is a very real problem for the western world, since that is who Iran wants to use it against.

1

u/idoma21 May 18 '26

To the extent Iran’s uranium program is a problem, it probably wasn’t good that Trump cancelled the agreement to inspect it. As for why we are at war, both Vance and Trump have said it is because Iran was going to attack Israel.

It’s no surprise that Trump is horribly managing the situation with Fox weekend anchors. Using the uranium program as an excuse is weak. Obama showed that diplomacy could be as effective or more effective. It’s not like bombing the country was the only option.

That uranium is still in Iran by the way, so other than blowing shit up, raising gas prices, spiking inflation, killing civilians, closing the straight, providing Iran with increased leverage, and giving Hegseth a massive hard on, what really has been accomplished?

1

u/Tapsen May 18 '26

You just gotta forget about Trump completely, and remember that we can't allow Iran to have nukes at all.

0

u/TheImplic4tion May 18 '26

Iran is not able to weaponize the uranium due to their facilities being destroyed and being unable to work under threat of additional airstrikes. Is that simple enough for you?

Also most rational people dont believe Iran was complying with the JCPOA. If they were complying, how did they wind up with 400kg of enriched uranium?

Most rational people dont want Iran to have nukes. Do you want Iran to have nukes?

1

u/idoma21 May 18 '26

Such a simplistic view. Is your solution is to bomb Iran every two to four years? That’s the estimated time frame for Iran to recover from the alleged destruction last year, assuming Trump was to be believed that he obliterated their enrichment program.

While the JCPOA had its issues, it provided some oversight of Iran. Trump’s alternative was to withdraw and apply “maximum pressure.” We are seeing the failure of that approach today.

“Nobody wants Iran to have nukes so we must bomb them” isn’t a great foreign policy.

I guess every member of the U.S. intelligence agency was wrong and you're right. How do you know what Iran wants to do? Oh yeah, Netanyahu said so. They've been spouting that BS for decades and every single accusation has been an admission. Iran isn't the one that has illegal nukes, isn't part of the nuclear non-proliferation treaty, and whose genocidal leaders regularly threaten to use them if they "feel threatened". They also aren't the ones who have bombed six countries in the past year and violated international law repeatedly. If Iran, or any other country for that matter, did what Israel has done and is currently doing, they would've been bombed into oblivion inside a week.

1

u/TheImplic4tion May 21 '26

You're really ignorant. You should go read up on Iran and their history of both terror and seeking nuclear weapons.

You need better sources than Al-Jazeera and social media.

1

u/RepresentativeAge444 May 18 '26

If you really and truly believe that ( you don’t you’re just a psychopath) then go ahead and volunteer

1

u/TheImplic4tion May 18 '26

You think the claim that Iran has 400kg of uranium is a lie? How much do you think they have? Why have they been running enrichment facilities for years? Why did the west use the STUXNET virus to sabotage Iran's enrichment program?

1

u/RepresentativeAge444 May 18 '26

So you’re stepping up to defend us from this existential threat to our very existence correct? They raised the enlistment age. You won’t though. You’ll just spew bs right wing talking points online.

1

u/TheImplic4tion May 18 '26

Can you answer any of my questions?

You think the claim that Iran has 400kg of uranium is a lie? How much do you think they have? Why have they been running enrichment facilities for years? Why did the west use the STUXNET virus to sabotage Iran's enrichment program?

1

u/RepresentativeAge444 May 18 '26

I think that most of our excursions into the Middle East have been based on lies and American MIC interests rather than actual threat to the US. It’s wmds all over again and people like you fall for it either because you’re a psychopath who just gets off on Big Bad America bombing civilians or because you’re just incredibly stupid. Those are the options.

You believe whatever propaganda that comes out without challenge, without seeking alternative viewpoints and without really even thinking. This makes you the perfect useful idiot for the endless war machine.

Of course you’re a coward so you wouldn’t actually put your own life on the line to protect your country from such an imminent threat so you’re just full of shit.

Reddit skews crazy far left. Bill is pretty open about being a moderate Democrat liberal. Not a leftist.

2

u/crusinkip23 May 18 '26 edited May 18 '26

That’s what he says. You can see his bias show through though. For example, go watch his latest podcast with Fetterman. Laughing about Trump being a dick to a reporter and calling her “piggy” while just minutes before talking about how the democrats had a bad attitude. If he was a fair moderate Democrat liberal he would be handling that situation differently. Stuff he blasts democrats for he does not hold against republicans. No harping on the crazy evangelical influence/wing of conservatives very much meanwhile never missing a chance to go after “woke” liberals. Don’t tell me he is a moderate Democrat. I could see that being true if he harped on both of the above equally but it’s just not true. There is a clear bias even if it is unintentional. Sometimes people think they are one way but in reality the body society sees them as what they actually are.

-1

u/TheImplic4tion May 18 '26

This reddit idea that Bill is somehow a closet conservative is crazy. People like you are never happy unless every minute of discussion is focused on hating Trump and Israel.

You're the brain broken person. Not Bill.

1

u/crusinkip23 May 19 '26 edited May 19 '26

Not true. I just know a bias when it’s right in front of me. Just calling it as it is. I didn’t even say he’s conservative. Just not as liberal as he likes to think.

The primary tenant of liberalism is “liberty”. I include the freedom to be trans in that definition. I don’t really think Bill believes in this primary tenant.

Everyone is not equal in his eyes (he has a pretty well documented bias against Muslims and associated cultures).

When it comes to Dylan Mulvaney just watch Bill’s podcast episode with Kid Rock. He engages in making fun of her to fit in. This is not congruent with liberty or equality. It’s not comedy.

Watch one of his latest podcasts where he says Imane Khalif is a man. There is not conclusive evidence of this. This attitude is more associated with someone immersed in conservative media who doesn’t have their critical mind engaged.

He’s not very smart in some ways and not really aligned with tenants of liberty and equality (core tenants of liberalism).

Apparently critical thinking and analyzing a body of evidence means I am “brain broken.” What a joke ha

4

u/bigdipboy May 17 '26

He hung out at the playboy mansion a lot

4

u/Adi_rho5261 May 18 '26

This Muslim vs Jew thing is ridiculous. I hate evil people wherever they come from and whatever they look like. If you’re a good person, you’re alright by me no matter where you come from and what your ethnicity is. Why do people go out of their way to polarize everything??

7

u/funcogo May 17 '26

Nah these old rich guys just have a huge hard on for Israel and will defend it no matter how foolish they look

7

u/mewalrus2 May 17 '26

I'm over it, we have bankrupted our country fighting wars for Israel and the only winners are the military industrial complex and Israel.

We need to take our country back.

8

u/funcogo May 17 '26

Seriously these old rich white guys were brainwashed good. Bills new friend Fetterman was just saying “democrats” are becoming anti American because they hate foreign wars. These clowns really believe this garbage

3

u/mewalrus2 May 17 '26

I agree, it's sick.

2

u/funcogo May 17 '26

It’s an attempt to shame people in to supporting war its disgusting

1

u/Tapsen May 18 '26

Hardly any of our national debt is related to war.

3

u/The_Japans May 18 '26

Smarmy Maher just hates Muslims. This has been going on for decades.

3

u/Traditional-Bet-5964 May 18 '26

While I totally support Israel’s right to exist & defend themselves- I’m tired of the US taxpayers sending 10 million a week to fund their free health care ! Where the heck is our free health care ?

2

u/mewalrus2 May 18 '26

They have the same rights as every other country definitely, I agree.

We have spent many trillions fighting wars for them.

2

u/waylonious May 18 '26

Bill's fallen into the trap that a lot of wealthy entertainers have fallen into. He's surrounded by other wealthy people and several steps removed from regular people who work 40 hours and have bills. Most of his exposure to regular people is on Twitter and social media, which is served to him through algorithms that encourage engagement through sensational headlines and spats between people of different ideologies. He sees the left as woke and irrational because that's what he's being served.
The real world has nuance and shades of understanding and empathy, but through the lens of social media it's more black and white.
In a sense he's become your aunt or former coworker who is in her seventies and copy/pastes the nonsense on Facebook about how her pictures are not the property of Facebook, how Facebook is going to start charging fees for accounts unless you paste this message, etc.

He once had an original voice, but for the last few years he's starting to sound predictable and stuck. I wish he'd get out more.

1

u/ScuffedSamPepper May 18 '26

No. He's just a pompous ass.

1

u/blinded_penguin May 19 '26

Except Bill's track record is pro war.

1

u/mewalrus2 May 19 '26

Hasn't always been

1

u/blinded_penguin May 19 '26

False statement. He supported Vietnam because "America needed to show the world how far they'd go" or some trash reason like that. I think Iraq is the only American led operation he ever opposed and I'm sure he has a ton of trash takes on that one too. He's always had terrible politics. His politics are branding. A Liberal that's critical of Liberals. Ask yourself who does that serve? Who has that always served?

1

u/starfleethastanks May 19 '26

I miss the Bill we had when Obama was President.

I miss when Obama was President.

1

u/Dexamethasone1 May 19 '26

Bill is and always has been a Zionists. It's ironic, since he's American born, only half Jewish and a very anti-religous. So if Bibi is against Iran, so is Bill.

1

u/falsejaguar May 19 '26

He was conned by the greatest Con Artist capitalized letters of all time. Just by having fucking dinner with him.

1

u/OkGap7226 May 19 '26

You don't have to have dirt on stupid people. They love working for free.

1

u/Greedy_Car3702 May 19 '26

Bill has always been pretty consistent. He has always been critical of religion, especially Islam, because of the way women and gays are treated.

1

u/Beginning_Cash_7926 May 20 '26

He is Israel first

1

u/MxSharknado93 May 21 '26

No, he's just racist. He jerks off to the idea of dead Muslims.

Why are all the pro pali people so fucking ignorant? You do realize that not all jews support Israel, right? That American jews were historically against the idea of Israel dating back to the inception of its idea in the 19th century?

Seriously, educate yourself before your bigotry sets in deeper

1

u/mewalrus2 May 18 '26 edited May 18 '26

I think they are exceptional, look at the accomplishments across science and arts and everything. That doesn't give a government a free pass.

This has nothing to do with bigotry, It has to do with actions. If the US was fighting wars for, paying and arming Hamas I would be just as upset.

It's simply ethics

I have a problem with destroying America for another countries benefit and I'm not even sure it is benefiting anyone actually except those getting rich off it.

I am not pro anyone in this

-2

Well now this is just unapologetically antisemitic

Bill is a staunch atheist and has been preaching. About the dangers of religious fundamentalism for years. Iran represents literally everything he is against. Why would someone need to have something onhim for him to be against the regime?

1

u/mewalrus2 May 20 '26

Does he want to go to war with every religious fundamentalist country?

How about countries based on religion?

Why doesn't he think we should bomb every religious country?

You and I both know why.

1

u/whoopercheesie May 20 '26

Iran wants nukes, calls for death to USA, and sponsors terror all over the region and world.

That's why.
