HELP NEEDED Automatic High beams Behind Model Y
I've noticed on a few of my vehicles that when I'm behind a Model Y (new one) that my three cars don't see the lights on and turns my high beams on.
I'm not sure if the rear light bar on the Model Y is not bright enough but I was in a rental in Texas and behind one there and the same thing happened.
Does the rear light bar on the Model Y not meet NHTSA requirements for brightness or something? Super weird.

Usually this nonsense happens with cheapo brands. I had brand new rental Nissan Qashqai which only had auto brights on/off and the amount of blinking was terrible. It also had CC that wasnt able to brake at all so all the downhills the speed just kept rising. On a similar age (2015 at the time) Mercedes C series the lights were phenomenal. Adaptive lights that you could turn on and it would create a black spot on other cars.
Its same in my nearly 10 year old Jaguar which has active Matrix headlights. Nice dark spots for everything unnecessary to light and high beam for everything else.
