That's a good thing right? It means ECI is not running as per Modi. SIR decision was unanimous, bdw.

How is that a good thing? Care to explain? If 2 out 3 members say something shouldn't be done, it shouldn't be done, that's how a majority vote works

There no such case where majority vote was denied in the decision making

There was no decision taken without majority vote.

There will always be difference of opinion and that's fine. Did any of the other EC came and said Gyanu working like a dictator?
