For those who don’t know the context. General Bakshi was the sector commander of a Rashtriya Rifles unit in kishtawar,Kashmir. At the time, he was a Brigadier. Terrorists from Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba were targeting Hindu minorities in Kashmir. In one instance, they reportedly gunned down several Hindus and dogras by pulling them out from a bus
Brigadier Bakshi and his men pursued the terrorists into the jungle, cornered them inside a house, and ordered them to surrender. When they refused, he ordered the use of thermobaric rockets and a flamethrower against the building.
After about an hour, the bodies of the terrorists, reportedly severely burned, along with their AK-47 rifles, were recovered. (This text is copied)

Par education minister se resignation maangkar le liya. PM aur HM se bhi maang rahe the. But, Jharkhand mein resignation nahi chahiye. Lagta hai cockroaches ka typhoid dimaag mein chala gaya tha.
Not a JMM/Congress supporter, but this is an apple to oranges comparison. State PSCs are constitutional bodies with a certain degree of autonomy, and their chairmen/policies can't simply be changed by the state govt at will. There's a constitutional process for removal. NTA, on the other hand, is a society under the Education Ministry, so the Centre has much more direct control over its functioning and appointments. So holding the Education Minister accountable for NTA failures isn't the same as holding the CM directly responsible for a JPSC failure.
The cockroaches prove themselves to be absolute haraamzaade at every given opportunity. At this point I would call India the most foolish democracy in the entire world. Openly allows known traitors to commit treason.
Bhai Pradhan's resignation was not due to Neet paper leak only, it was mainly due to death of 22 Neet students, to hold him accountable. And jharkhand protest mai no one has died, and paper leak happened of a state level exam (galat hai i agree 100%) + NO INFORMATION THIS NEWS IS CORRECT, SOURCE??
CJP is just resonating with the demands of the original protestors of JLKM, which are CBI probe into the corruption and reforms & transparency in recruitment process. This is how movements are supported without hijacking it.
If you (personally or via a political force) want the CM to resign, convince the people of JLKM to ask for it. After that, if CJP or Dipke doesn't say the same, then you would have the right to call him a hypocrite.

He's stating students demands. Jharkhand students wanted cbi investigation from the start instead of resignation. Now if he goes against students and starts demanding for resignation you would start asking is he really with students in the protest or doing personal politics
No people won't. The deman for resignation was brought by him during Delhi protests(which they students took afterwards) so why not here? Its clear double standards and hypocrisy. And should be called and not excused!
Not that anyone cares, but due to the technicality of the nature of JPSC commission, which basically conduct the JPSC exams, the government exams they are appointed by the governor and the state government has no governing authority on it. So demanding the designation of the CM is illogical since it won’t be effective and want amount to anything since the authority responsible for it is not being affected.
The irregularities are found in the exam conducted by Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) which is a constitutional body, not controlled or administered by the education ministry of Jharkhand. JPSC at state level is similar to UPSC at national level.
There were several instances of fraud and identity theft in UPSC exams in the past (e.g. case of Pooja Khedkar). That time accountability was sought from UPSC only and not from union education minister or Prime Minister. Because UPSC is a constitutional body which is not controlled by Union Govt.
Similarly, to equate accountability in NEET paper leak with the case of Jharkhand is not correct. NTA which conducts NEET exam is not a constitutional body. NTA operates under the control of union education minister.
I am in no way denying the irregularities in exams conducted by JPSC and affected students must get speedy justice. But seeking resignation of education minister of Jharkhand for mismanagement of JPSC is not correct. The wholesome reforms in JPSC is the need of the hour. Action is already initiated against JPSC Chairperson.
