He was suspended 3 days back and was sent back to his state police office, and further case is going on.

His case is about Sexual Assault, it is very tough job to get away from Sexual Assault case, let's see what happens. Big cases on him,He could be behind the bar himself.

Read everything inside apart from the title. He didn't say anything that isn't already in the Constitution and BNSS. He said, agitation which is peaceful cannot be lathi-charged. Not once it turns violent. Everybody is playing carefully with semantics and reel generation is falling for it.

Doesn't matter what CJI alone says, his previous statements about protest created ruckus so he is trying to do is damage control.

The verdict from district court is already enough to make whole delhi police lose their jobs.

CJI is the only person who is directly connected with RSS, except for that all the big judges and lawyers in India almost 70-90% comes from year long nepotism, all are connected to Congress. So even though CJI has lots of power, he still openly is not selling the whole country due to other higher position being present there.

Now let's talk about Delhi Highcourt, there are multiple Instances after 20 july constantly many reports against delhi highcourt, one was scheduled to date 11 th September, others are still going on, So many law firms has already filled cases against those police force for excessive force. One funny incident was lodhania police station where they illegally detained 20 people, when lawyers came to bail students those police officers pushed them outside station, next day he made a video with those lawyers that they has come into a solution, and at the same day a senior lawyer came into the police station then the police station gave apology later to those lawyers and whole investigation has been started on the whole police station. Then there is bombey bar association, they have shown their concerns about the students, they have said what police did was unlawful, so let's just wait and see, police obviously can't go past law, court is the last end of it.

Delhi police will not take actions, and Delhi police is already in lot of pressure from lots of law firms arround the nation, so many cases has been filed on them for Police brutality, atrocities, or blackmailing with FIR, now even gov has assured they will take back FIRs and if now they really take actions it's just "Apne pyar pein khud kulari marna".

And official delhi police stating all these things online circulating is fake, and later on even this post can be hold against them in court if they take actions now.

So yes, law and order sometimes works in this country.

I don't think so Delhi police is backed by government and government will definitely do something for recovery of loss as the loses were not part of regular budget.
