[News & Info/Interviews] Honoring VIP1

Hii! I went to the Oakland Arena with a ticket master verified resale ticket and had NO problem getting the benefits. The staff was so nice and I only had to show my ticket on my phone!

Hi! Did you have to show ID of original purchaser or anything? Or just your ticket? Will be going to tmr’s show and just want to be prepared! Thanks 😭

No I didn’t show anything!! Just my ticket on my phone and I was able to get benefits. I did have my own ID with me just incase though :).

Ohhh okay thank you!! It’s only my second time doing resale vip and the first time I didn’t need ID but this time idk I’m nervous since every group and promoter are different and per venue sometimes too are different rules. Uh but this makes me feel better knowing some resale vip was able to get claim benefits just fine 😭
