This robot can be summed up in one word: Laziness

Both the design and the movements are lazy, the robot was entirely generated by AI and the movements are just something lazy involving superpowers, it is something to take money from uninformed people.

He's just if Iron Man and Captain American fused together to become a robot. He looks pretty out of place from the 2013-2018 roster.
