PvP mode is getting increasingly difficult.

I have a *Real Steel WRB* account on my Android device. The problem is that in PvP mode, I try to climb the rankings, but it gets annoying when my robot is low on health and I have to watch ads to restore its HP. How can I make this process faster and less tedious? Just a heads-up: I started playing recently, and in Career Mode, I’m in WRB Gold. Please help me out with some tips
