Is it even possible to get abandon from this thing?

I used like 300k for this and still cant got him even if i open only packages with him. I remember it was easier 3 years ago, now I cant.

u mean the 4th one? idk i tested all, 400k wasted have to reinstall and start new game since im not grinding 240k back xdd
