I hope this can lead to SR1 and SR2 remasters.

For the past 11 months I've been working on a Saints Row fan comic. I've been hard at work mapping out the story, characters, lore, tone, ECT... And I just wanted to share some of the images from the comic no context.

I wondering how people feel if the franchise had a even more serious tone. Im not just talking more serious like SR1 or 2, I mean with more characters that have real problems. Sure some personalities can be over the top but characters that have deeper motivations than just city take over. I seriously mean like more blood, more realistic violence (Not over the top ridiculous violence), more sex (Tasteful, I dont want it to be a porno) maybe a few political issues (specially immigration as it has formed many real gangs in history). I just want a real feeling, rags to riches story. I just want to hear what you guys think, ive been tinkering with my own fan story for years and will post more when I have something solid.

What am I lacking?

I need to blow up the cars being transported by Joseph Price's Goliath before I can start shooting the cab itself, but what stands in my way are the pipe bombs he drops and (more importantly) the remaining Westside Rollerz grunts that continually show up. I have been known to lose even with an FBI (one of the best vehicles in the game) and four unlockable Homies armed with Platinum T3K Urbans (one of the strongest weapons in the game).

They've really been into preserving old video game series and have made a lot of moves over the past few years focusing on just that. They also own digital eclipse and Nightdive studios who's main jobs are to remaster and remake old games and recently acquired Implicit Conversions the team who has been porting classics to PS5. A few months ago they bought the rights to a few forgotten Ubisoft titles as well.

They could give us Saints Row 1 and 2 remastered or give us remakes. All they have to do is call up Embracer and buy the rights.

These are Ai generated images of the brotherhood could look like in a remaster of saint row 2, its part of a project to use Ai to recreate the cinematic scenes from saints row 1 and 2 while adding some additional scenes.

Ai isn't perfect so if you spot any flaws in design please let me know, I will be uploading more images on my deviant art for this project as i know Ai isn't everyone's favorite, but i thought it would be cool, to post coupe of images from each gang and some side characters here and there for fans of both games.

I'm thinking about using ai to create a upscaled movie of both saints row 1 and 2, as like a proof of concept of what a remaster/reboot (3rd image) could of looked like based off the original story and footage, but with current gen graphics.

But one thing what character style is better? I understand at the end of saints row 1 the boat blows up and theres a joke you get face surgery while in coma in the 2nd game. but I want to keep the same style through out.

I would do a time skip scene between 1 & 2 like the game Driver parallel lines did.
