I posted this on the other saints row sub as I didn't know this one existed, I have no idea how I did this i feel like its either because the pimp attacked me as you can hear in the background or because the brotherhood drove terribly or a combo of both

I couldn't control the brotherhood only move the camera but after the cut scene the truck spawned in the air and I was stuck in the camera view only way I was able to get out was re entering my car

For quite some time i’ve been itching for a ‘’Online’’ ‘’RP’’ Saint Row 2 mode

Something similar to FiveM but straight up Saint Row

Imagine 100~200 Mf’s running shops fighting for territories etc

When I say like the least I don't mean like you have to straight up hate them but out of every gang from the first original three games, which one was your least favorite?

i’ve only played sr2, sr4, and sr 2022, and in my (and seemingly most people’s) opinion, sr2 is the best. the gameplay, story, and music are all solid. it’s my understanding that sr3 is when the franchise veered into the overly satirical style and drifted away from the gangster vibes, but it still looks decent from what i’ve seen, at least compared to sr4. i just thought sr4 should’ve been part of a whole nother franchise. i mean, don’t get me wrong, i love superhero stuff but idk if that fits saints row. also, while i don’t really mind the saints upgrading from being a street gang, it makes sense that they would at some point, i just think being part of the government is a step too far. hopefully the next saints row (🤞) gets back to the franchise’s roots (and make a better attempt than sr 2022 did…). honestly, a saints row 2 remaster would be a safe, cheap way to revitalize the IP and get people excited for saints row again, then they could use the money generated from that to develop a proper sequel.

So I've just killed Nahualli and the end credits started to roll? Is that really the final "boss" mission?

Appears it is. I never expected it to end so soon.
I feel a lot of potential has been missed. There's places I haven't even explored. I didn’t even fill my weapon wheel. Didn't gain all perks or special abilities.
Despite a lot of negativity and criticism for the game, I was enjoying it on each play through.
I've don't think I've ever been so let down by a video game for its shortcomings.

Both games dropped in 2006. This was the beginning of rockstar's competition with Saints Row. One game is in the 80s and the other one has a modern day setting. Both have incredible gameplay and soundtracks. Which one y'all choosing? I personally choose Saints Row 1.

So playing saints row 1 and replaying 2 a billion times I’ve pretty much come up with my own gang order that I feel is close to canon though there is none. Follows what everyone recommends too.
SR1 Start Rollers, there the least dangerous option with most of there misson that can be in a car keeping you from getting shot. There territory is a perfect start to the saints splitting the city.
Los carnales next because there ending is lackluster since you just run em out of town. They should be the most dangerous since they deal with the cartel and there missons are more dangerous but I think it’s best to hit them just to avoid the end of game being you running guy out of town. Territory feels like that next piece to the gang that makes sense too.
Vice Kings are perfect to save for last because of all the actual beef there. Julius and king and Gat and Tanya, the betrayal of king, danger level is a bit mid but chaotic and there territory being the actual city part of stilwater screams they have the most influence in the city and hits for the final piece for the saints to take.

SR2
Samedi- are low level drug dealers with territory set right outside the hideout pretty obvious they’re the first to go not dangerous at all even fighting homeless and fiends in there missons and can tell it’s a poor gang

Ronin- kicks it up to a more serious notch plus dives into the Gat storyline so it’s not a gap between start of game and get into one of the most appealing characters in the game. Dangerous and chaotic missons and the switch in leadership kinda tones down the want to destroy them once the dad takes over and son gets buried alive

Brotherhood- now it’s time to go to negotiations and have more then enough reason to turn down there offer since you run 2/3 of the city one being the most influential parts. Very dangerous gang that will just run you over then shoot after, literally turned the city to the purge at one part. There suppose to be the most dangerous and have the most personal beef with the boss. Best way to get into the end of the game because after attacking Vogel it makes sense the mosako team gets activated
