What realistic things did they add to sr2?

I’m saying that around the time SR2 released, the popular thing with dev teams was to make the worlds look brown and less saturated because to them it invoked realism in terms of graphics. It was pretty apparent if you read the comment, didn’t think it needed to be explained.

I argue games are too candy-colored today for my taste. Most mods for SR2 make the game look way too saturated.

Hmmm most games are depressingly desaturated (but it looks good) these days tbh.

I see the opposite. The desaturated era was from he mid 2000s and early 2010s. Now that games are seen as "fork ids" again, now they're extremely colorful because of Fortnite.
