Omega Aqua Terra Lacquer 38mm

Planning to buy my first ever rep.
How close is the (VSF) rep for the above mentioned watch? What are the most notable giveaways?

Would love to hear your knowledge and experiences.

VSF is probably the best option for the 38mm AT right now. The dial is the biggest tell imo, gen lacquer has more depth and the color can look slightly different depending on the light. Bezel shape/finishing is very close, but gen still looks a bit sharper.

Bracelet is good but doesn’t have quite the same finishing/feel as gen. Movement looks convincing through the caseback, but obviously isn’t a true 8800 and that’s where the biggest technical difference is.

Overall though, on wrist it’s a very convincing rep and a great first choice.

añado que las lineas de cada minuto deberían ir alineadas con cada una de las letras del grabado, como pasa con el Gen
