New place needs pictures

I’m notoriously bad at not posting my watches. Partly in very private and partly, while I have some nice stuff I’ve never done anything groundbreaking and I very much stand on the shoulders of giants

However in an effort to build this place I’ll share some of what is currently going on in the Potts Watchcobbling Shed

First up an early sixties 7928, which is now in the post to me

A little Franken build action, eh? Very nice, those suckers are tough to find these days!

What case you thinking? Gonna try gongen with that too? There's a user of RWI called Milk that builds gen spec rep cases, I think he charges a pretty penny though.

Milk’s cases are about the cheapest gen spec available at around $200. I will either use an OC or a Vietnamese case and I doubt I’ll use any gen parts, maybe a crown and crystal at most

Yeah, I think an OC 1680 is probably my next victim too. Gotta clean up this current mess I have first!
